The Inter Unit Tennis Championship - 2022 was held at SLAF Trade Training School, Ekala today (31 March 2022). The awarding ceremony took place at Air Force Tennis Ground, Trade Training School Ekala with the graceful presence by Director Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Air Vice Marshal JP Balasooriya as the Chief Guest.

The Men’s Championship was clinched by SLAF Base Katunayake whilst SLAF Combat Training School Diyathalawa emerged as the runners-up. Apart from that, Veteran Open Double Championship was won by Director Air Operation, Air Vice Marshal RAUP Rajapaksa and Group Captain WASB Weerasekara. Also Group Captain Weerasekara, emerged as the Champion of the Veteran Open Single event.

Members of the Air Force Sports Council and other invitees participated to witness the Awarding Ceremony.
