The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Charmini Pathirana handed over mobility aids for deserving family members of SLAF serving personnel today (08 June 2022) at Air Force Headquarters, Colombo.

A series of donation programme was conducted to the deserving personnel such as Son of Sergeant Bandara PRUNP and Mother of Mr. BMDCP Munasinghe. A special donation of an electric wheel chair was also made to Flight Sergeant Narampanawa PA (retired) by Deputy Chief of Staff, Air Vice Marshal Dushyantha Ratnayake and his beloved spouse Mrs. Maliga Ratnayake at his residence a few days ago under the patronage of the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit.  

The event was attended by the Air Secretary, Group Captain Anuruddha Wijesiriwardena and the Secretary of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Wing Commander Suresh Fernando.
