Sri Lanka Air Force men's "A" team won the Championship while men's "B" team and women's "A" team became Runners Up of the Plate Championship and the Women's Championship respectively at the "21st Old Vijayan's Challenge Trophy (Nijabima Satana).  This all Island Inter club seven-a- side Hockey Tournament -2022 was held at Edward Park, Hockey Ground, Matale from 9th to 10th July 2022. The tournament was organized by the Old Vijayan's Sports Club, Matale.

In the men's cup final SLAF "A" defeated SL Navy "A" by 02 - 01 while in the plate final Old Vijayan's Sports club defeated SLAF "B" team by 01-00 and during women's final SL Navy "A" defeated SLAF "A" by 01- 00.

The Secretary of Vijaya College Past Pupil's Association Mr. Nishantha Dias Bandara graced the Award Ceremony as the Chief Guest.
