36TH PHASE OF “GUWAN MITHUDAM” PROJECT CONCLUDED AT HANGURANKETHA

The 36th phase of “Guwan Mithudam” project was successfully completed at Denike Vidyathileka Primary School, Hanguranketha on 12 July 2022 by the SLAF Station Piduruthalagala under the guidance of the Chairperson Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Charmini Pathirana.
The school library and the ablution area of Denike Vidyathileka Primary School were renovated and approximately 500 students in this school will be benefitted from this project. The renovated constructions were handed over to the Principal of Denike Vidyathileka Primary School by the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Piduruthalagala, Group Captain Thushara Bandara, whilst attending to the Prefects’ Badges Awarding Ceremony organized along with the opening.
The project was funded by the Seva Vanitha Unit together with Sri Lanka Air Force Station Piduruthalagala. A cross section of officers and other ranks of SLAF Station Piduruthalagala, attended to the occasion.
