After a series of official visits to the Air Force establishments Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana made SLAF Station Batticaloa as the final location for the day during his visiting session yesterday (03 September 2022).  The Commander was accompanied by the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Batticaloa, Group Captain Pradeep Warnasooriya. The Commander visited the Station Agro Unit, Airmen’s Mess to review the standards maintained and the progress of the development of each location at the Station.

Eventually, the Commander interviewed a cross-section of service and civil personnel with the intention to look over the matters on welfare, working environment, infrastructure facilities and quality of life before wind-up the day’s formal visiting session.
