CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME CONDUCTS FOR AIRCREW MEMBERS DETAILED FOR NEXT UN MISSION

Command Flight Safety Inspectorate has conducted a Crew Resource Management Training Programme with the intention of enhancing awareness and knowledge of Crew Resource Management of the aircrew members who have been nominated to deploy in the 8th United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Central Africa in next year.

The Command Flight Safety Inspector – Flying, Wing Commander MVC Silva addressed the opening remarks on 19th September 2022 to this three-day Crew Resource Management Training Program extended up to 21 September 2022 in the auditorium of No. 1 Supply & Maintenance Depot at SLAF Base Katunayake. The resource personnel, Wing Commander TP De Silva, Wing Commander MGH De Silva and Wing Commander HMM Samarakoon, delivered the lectures.

The closing address was conducted by Staff Officer Flight Safety Engineering, Wing Commander WMKN Wickramasinghe and certificates were awarded by Command Flight Safety Inspector – Flying, Wing Commander MVC Silva and Flight Safety Inspector-Rotor Wing, Wing Commander WVK Weeraman for 14 Officers and 10 Airmen who successfully completed the programme.
