SLAF STATION AMPARA CELEBRATES 33RD ANNIVERSARY

SLAF Station Ampara celebrated its 33rd Anniversary today (25 November 2022). A series of events, including community service projects and recreational activities were organized under the guidance of the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Ampara, Group Captain Nishantha Priyadarshana together with all officers, other ranks and the civilian staff.
The celebration commenced with a cricket tournament organized at the Station playground and the day’s proceedings were concluded with all ranks lunch.
To coincide with the anniversary celebrations a blood donation campaign and cleaning programmes at Ampara-Uhana main road and General Hospital Ampara were conducted with the participation of all men at the Station to signify the SLAF assistance to the neighbouring institutes.
