The ‘Nuwara Eliya Lake Cross - 2023’, held yesterday (16 April 2023) in Nuwara Eliya Hill Climb Motor Track, enabled SLAF Riders to perform and achieve victories by vying against the contestants who participated for the Championship.

SLAF rider apprentice DMD Kalhara clinched the championship and was the first runner-up in the Racing 125cc and 250cc events, respectively. Moreover, another SLAF rider, Sergeant Jayampathi Dissanayaka, secured first runners-up in the first race and second runners-up in the second race in the Standard Modified 250 cc Motor Bike event.
