A High Tea was hosted by Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Charmini Pathirana for Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari and the President Indian Air Force Wives Welfare Association, Mrs. Neeta Chaudhari today (03 May 23) at the Air Force Head Quarters Officers’ Mess Colombo and this was brightened with a glorious cultural show to demonstrate Sri Lankan cultural relationship with Indian culture and the traditions of Sinhala and Hindu New Year Celebrations.    

President Indian Air Force Wives Welfare Association Mrs. Neeta Chaudhari, Principle Director Operarions (Space) of Indian Air Force Air Commodore S Bedi , Staff Officer to Chief of Air Staff of Indian Air Force, Group Captain LK Mishra, Director (Strategy) of Indian Air Force Group Captain SS Desai, Defence Advisor – Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain Vikas Sood and his spouse Mrs. Pooja Sood, senior members of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and few Lady Officers participated for this High Tea and Cultural Show.

This show exhibited a mix of Sri Lankan performing arts blended with mesmerizing dancing performances by the Sri Lanka Air Force Dance Troupe.
