A Mindfulness Programme was held at the SLAF Trade Training School Ekala yesterday (12 May 2023), with participation from trainees, instructors, permanent staff and their families. The program was conducted under the guidance of Air Commodore Prasanga Matino, the Commanding Officer of SLAF Trade Training School Ekala and led by the Most Venerable Diyasenpura Wimala Thero, the esteemed founder of the ‘Bawun Seth Mental Relief Center’ in Dekatana and Preacher of ‘Sri Nagananda International Buddhist University’ in Kelaniya.

The program was met with great enthusiasm from all who participated. The focus on mindfulness provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to develop techniques for improving their mental wellbeing.
