Under the guidance of the Commanding Officer SLAF Trade Training School Ekala, Air Commodore Prasanka Martino, the Seva Vanitha Unit in the Trade Training School launched a commendable community service project at the Cardio-thoracic Unit (Ward 25/26) of the National Hospital in Colombo. The project, which spanned over four days, from  19 June to  22 June 2023 was aimed at upgrading the condition of the particular wards to enhance a favourable atmosphere and the well-being of the detainees.

 The event was graced by the President of the Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Trade Training School – Ekala, Mrs. Yasintha Martino and officers and other ranks of the school participated in the event.
