The Certificates and Badges Awarding Ceremony of No. 44 Officers, No. 60 Airmen and No. 35 Navy Personnel Explosive Ordnance Disposal Basic Courses of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training School SLAF Station Palavi was held on 28 June 2023 at the Parade Ground, SLAF Station Palavi. The Senior Staff Officer of the Directorate of Ground Operations, Air Commodore BAMP Balasuriya, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The parade comprised five SLAF Officers, 17 Airmen and four Sailors. During the ceremony, 26 trainees received their certificates and badges to mark the successful completion of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Basic Training.
