Responding promptly to a distress call from the Sri Lanka Transport Board Depot in Ampara, the SLAF firefighters from SLAF Station Ampara swiftly mobilized a fire vehicle and a trailer bowser, today, (10 August 2023). Their swift and decisive actions in collaboration with Urban Council Fire Division played a vital role in containing and dousing a fire that had ignited on the Depot's premises.
