The Assistant Chief of Naval Staff – Foreign Cooperation in Indian Navy, Rear Admiral Nirbhay Bapna called on the Chief of Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Wickremaratne in the absence of the Commander of Air Force who is away on an official commitment, today (17 October 2023).

A cordial discussion was held between the Chief of Staff and visiting dignitaries on matters of bilateral importance after which official plaques were exchanged to mark the occasion.
