SLAF WOMEN’S TEAM WINS EAGLE’S CUP HANDBALL CHAMPIONSHIP - 2023
The Eagle’s Cup Handball Tournament - 2023 was held at National Youth Center Indoor Stadium, Maharagama from 06 to 09 November 2023. The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa graced the award ceremony as the Chief Guest.
The overall Women’s Team Championship was secured by SLAF whilst the SL Army turned into runners-up.
Chief of Staff, Members of the Air Force Board of Management, Chairman SLAF Handball, Air Commodore Rajinth Jayawardena, members of the Air Force Sports Council, Officers from sister services and other invitees participated to witness the finals and awards ceremony.
