Ten Officers from the No. 8 Student Officer’s Course received the President's Commission as officers of the Sri Lanka Air Force from the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrama at SLAF Headquarters today 15 March, 2011.

The Officers, whose names are listed below, were commissioned in the rank of Pilot Officer and will be stationed at various SLAF Bases/Stations in the island.
