The Annual General Meeting (AGM) – 2023 of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit was held yesterday  (08 December 2023) at the Air Force Headquarters Auditorium. The  AGM  was chaired by the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa and attended by its members spouses of the Air Force Board of Management, Presidents and the Officers-In-Charge of SLAF Academy, Bases and Stations together with Coordinators of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit.

The event commenced with the singing of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Anthem, followed by the welcoming address from the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa. Subsequently, Squadron Leader Viludani Yatawara, the Secretary of the Seva Vanitha Unit, read the minutes of the previous AGM. Following this, Squadron Leader Manuja Adikari, the Treasurer of the Seva Vanitha Unit, presented the financial reports for the year 2023. Additionally, a video summarizing the Community Service Responsibilities undertaken by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit in 2023 was showcased to keep the audience informed.
