The International Taekwondo Championship occurred from 10 to 12 December 2023, at Colombo Sugathathdasa Indoor Stadium. The event was attended by Mr. Chaminda Punchihewa, President of the Sri Lanka Taekwondo Federation, Mr. Ruwan Alahakoon, General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Taekwondo Federation and Mr. Kanchana Jayarathna, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee and Senior Vice President of the Sri Lanka Taekwondo Federation. SLAF players secured a total of 7 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze medals.
