Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrama, paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister, Hon. D M Jayaratne, at the Prime Minister’s Office today,  24 March 2011

The occasion being the first official call on the Prime Minister upon assuming command of the Sri Lanka Air Force as its 13th Commander, mementoes were exchanged between the Prime Minister and the Commander of the Air Force to mark this visit.

The Prime Minister extended his best wishes to the Commander on his new appointment.
