The annual All-Night Pirith Chanting Ceremony, devoted to honouring the personnel of the SLAF who made the supreme sacrifice for the Nation and evoked blessings for their souls and all the serving members of the SLAF, took place yesterday (18 January 2024) at SLAF Station Palavi. Subsequently, the almsgiving for 20 Venerable Maha Sanga was conducted this morning (19 January 2024) at the Station. The Commanding Officer, Group Captain Prabath Alexander, President Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Station Palavi, Mrs. Priyadarshani Jayasundara along with all service personnel participated in both ceremonies.
