The No. 2 Supply and Maintenance Depot at SLAF Base Hingurakgoda observed its 27th Anniversary yesterday (01 February 2024). The customary working parade was overseen by the Commanding Officer, Group Captain MMA Mendis.

Concurrently, a Shramadana campaign was carried out at Base Hospital Hingurakgoda on 30 January 2024, aimed at cleaning both the hospital premises and its surroundings. To further celebrate the 27th Anniversary, a volleyball tournament was organized on the same day, followed by a musical session after the conclusion of the tournament
