OFFICERS OF AIR WAR COLLEGE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VISITED AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS

A delegation from the Air War College of the United States visited Air Force Headquarters today (05 March 2024). Leading the delegation was Colonel Adam William Hilburgh, accompanied by 13 Armed Forces Officers who are currently engaged in a Study Tour of Sri Lanka.
During their visit, Group Captain Tiron Munasinghe, the Directing Staff of the Defence Services Command and Staff Course, delivered an insightful presentation on the Sri Lanka Air Force and the broader aspects of national security. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, including the Director General General Engineering, Air Vice Marshal Gihan Seneviratne, along with directors from various specialized fields representing different directorates.
After the engaging presentation and subsequent question and answer session, mementoes were exchanged to mark the occasion. This ceremonial gesture involved the Director General of General Engineering and the head of the visiting delegation.
