DELEGATION OF PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE WORKING GROUP IN CHINA CALLS ON THE COMMANDER
A delegation representing the People’s Liberation Army Air Force Working Group in China, led by Assistant Chief of Staff, Senior Colonel Wang Xiadong, paid a courtesy visit to Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa, at Air Force Headquarters today (26 April 2024).
During the meeting, both parties engaged in constructive discussions on various matters of mutual interest. Following the discussions, mementoes were exchanged between the Commander of the Air Force and the visiting dignitaries to mark this significant occasion.
Subsequently, the visiting delegation, accompanied by the Commander of the Air Force, Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Director General Air Operations and other key stakeholders of the Colombo Airshow and Defence Exhibition 2024 (CADE 2024), convened to discuss on the continued planning and coordination of CADE 2024, with the aim of enhancing its effectiveness and coherence.
