The Maldives Carrom Federation hosted the 6th Asian Carrom Championship from 26 April 2024 to 02 May 2024. The SLAF concluded the tournament with notable victories.

A member of the SLAF Carrom team, apprentice Shaheed Hilmy, clinched the runner-up spot in the Swiss League of Men's single event and was ranked No. 6 in Asian Carrom. Further, SLAF secured the Second runner-up spot in the Women's Double Event with Aircraftwoman Kavindi TGT and apprentice Joshap Roshita. Women’s Team secured Runner up in the Team Event while Men’s Team won the Second Runner up of the tournament.

Furthermore, Aircraftwoman Kavindi TGT and Aircraftwoman Peiris MHM ranked No. 05 and 10, respectively, and Leading Aircraftman Perera RHA secured the 14th position among the exceptional 16 Carrom players in the Asian Ranking.
