SLAF LAUNCHES FEEDBACK MONITORING SYSTEM FOR WELFARE FACILITIES

The Information Technology Wing of the SLAF introduced a ‘Feedback Monitoring System’ for all SLAF members, launched under the auspices of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa, today (03 June 2024) at SLAF Headquarters.
This system allows users to submit positive or negative feedback on the welfare facilities provided at various SLAF establishments, including welfare shops, cafeterias, swimming pools, Clippers salons and so on. Users can provide comments through either the web-based platform or the mobile application, available in both English and Sinhala languages.
The launching ceremony was attended by the Chief of Staff, members of the Air Force Board of Management, Air Secretary, Air Commodore Pradeep Piyaratne, Director Information Technology, Air Commodore Asitha Hettiarachchi and other IT officers.
