The Inter-Unit Wrestling Championship 2024 was held at SLAF Base Katunayake from 09 to 11 July 2024. The Director General Aeronautical Engineering, Air Vice Marshal Gihan Seneviratne, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

 The SLAF Station Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte claimed the Championship in the Men’s category, while the SLAF Base Vavuniya became the Runners-Up.  The Women’s Championship was won by SLAF Base Katunayake, while SLAF Trade Training School Ekala emerged as Runners-Up. The ‘Best Test Technical Wrestler’ title for men's and women’s categories was received by Squadron Leader Artha Ranasinghe from SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa and Corporal Priyagika WL from SLAF Base Katunayake, respectively.

The event was attended by Chairman SLAF Wrestling, members of the Air Force Sports Council, a cross-section of officers and other rankers.
