A blood donation campaign was conducted yesterday (21 August 2024) at SLAF Station Palaly in response to a request from the Regional Blood Bank-Jaffna, aimed at meeting the blood supply needs of hospitals in the Northern Province. The event was organized under the supervision of the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Palaly, Group Captain Chaminda Herath.

Officers, other ranks and civilian staff of SLAF Station Palaly actively participated in the campaign. The event was carried out in strict adherence to the health guidelines issued by the Directorate of Health Services.
