A total of 50 service personnel from the Sri Lanka Air Force, Army, Navy and Special Task Force (STF) participated in the training session.

The workshop emphasized the critical role of the AAD in ensuring safety during jumps, which covered the operational mechanics, installation and maintenance procedures and user guidelines. The session concluded with a discussion of real-life scenarios to illustrate the practical applications of AADs.
