The SLAF has initiated a series of educational lectures aimed at enhancing the professional and personal development of service personnel. The programme focused on three key areas which included the success behind positive attitudes, personal financial management and the benefits and welfare schemes available to SLAF personnel.

As part of this initiative, lectures were conducted at the Trade Training School, Ekala and SLAF Base Katunayake on 02 December 2024 and 06 December 2024, respectively. These sessions were conducted by the Command Master Warrant Officer and an experienced Accounts Instructor, who provided valuable insights and practical advice to participating Airmen and Airwomen.

This programme will be conducted in all SLAF establishments in a phased manner to ensure that every member of the Air Force benefits from this educational initiative.
