CERTIFICATE AND BADGE AWARDING CEREMONY OF NO.47 OFFICERS, NO.07 FOREIGN STUDENTS, NO.63 AIRMEN AND NO.38 NAVY PERSONNEL EOD BASIC COURSES AT SLAF STATION PALAVI

The Certificates and Badges Awarding Ceremony of No.47 Officers, No.07 Foreign Students No.63 Airmen, No.16 Airwomen and No.38 Navy Personnel Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Basic Courses was held today (13 December 2024) at the Parade ground SLAF Station Palavi. The Commanding officer of Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters Sri Jayewardenepura, Air Commodore MPA Galappaththi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The parade comprised with one (01) Indian Air Force Officer, one (01) Zambian Air Force Corporal, one (01) Maldives Defence Forces Lance Corporal, two (02) officers, thirteen (13) airmen, five (05) Airwomen and one (01) Sailor. During the ceremony, 24 trainees received their certificates and badges to mark the successful completion of EOD basic training.
