COMMANDER PAYS HOMAGE TO THE TEMPLE OF THE SACRED TOOTH RELIC IN KANDY
In keeping with tradition, the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, visited Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy and paid homage to the Sacred Tooth Relic this morning (08 February 2025).
The Commander called on Venerable Mahanayake Theros of the Malwatte and Asgiriya Chapters at their respective temples and received their blessings during the day.
The occasion was attended by the Chief Custodian of Sri Dalada Maligawa, Pradeep Nilanga Dela, the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, other representatives from the Air Force.
