The SLAF Media Division hosted "Capturing Excellence: A Professional Workshop" a One-day professional workshop focused on Professional Photography Techniques and Editing Methods for Air Photo tradesmen and tradeswomen in the Sri Lanka Air Force. This initiative aims to enhance the professional skills of SLAF photographers, ensuring they stay on par with industry standards upheld by external photojournalists.

The programme, held at the Air Force Headquarters yesterday (16 May 2025), featured distinguished Senior Photo Journalist -Lake House, Mr. Sulochana Gamage  and Deputy Programme Editor of ITN, Mr  Deepal Gunathilake as the instructors.

Over 20 Air Photo tradesmen, including Commanders’ photographers, Media Division and a representative group of Air Photo tradesmen covering from all SLAF establishments, attended the knowledge-sharing session.
