The SLAF Regiment Special Forces (RSF) successfully conducted a leadership training program for students of Defence Services College, Colombo 02, on 25 May 2025. The program was designed to develop leadership, resilience, discipline and teamwork among youth through a series of structured, military-style activities.

The training included a range of physically and mentally challenging exercises, such as obstacle navigation, endurance drills and team-building tasks. Students were guided by experienced officers and instructors from the Regiment Special Forces, who ensured the training was conducted safely and effectively.

The program was carried out under the supervision of the Commanding Officer of the Regiment Special Forces.
