
OUTGOING DEFENCE ATTACHÉ AT THE EMBASSY OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN SRI LANKA CALLS ON THE COMMANDER

The delegation from the Embassy of United States of America in Sri Lanka, called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe at Air Force Headquarters today (18 June 2025). The delegation was made up by Outgoing Defence Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Nelson and the newly appointed Defence Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Matthew House.
During the cordial discussion that ensued, the Commander conveyed his gratitude to the Outgoing Defence Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Nelson for his cooperation with the Sri Lanka Air Force during his tenure and also made a formal welcome to the newly appointed Defence Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Matthew House.
Official plaques were exchanged between the visitors and the Commander to mark the occasion.
