The Guwan Mithudam Community Service Project, organized by the Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF Station Palaly, was successfully concluded with the renovation and provision of access to clean and safe drinking water for the students and staff of Bharathi Nursery in Wasanthapuram.

Renovation activities included colour washing of the premises, installation of new ceiling fans, replacement of broken windows, and the refurbishment of the washroom area.

The official handing-over ceremony was held on 27 June 2025 at the nursery premises, and was graced by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Palaly, Group Captain Suranga Senevirathne.

The coordination and supervision of the entire project were undertaken by the Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF Station Palaly, with the works section of the station providing their fullest support and commitment to ensure the timely and successful completion of the initiative.
