As part of the island-wide "Clean Sri Lanka" initiative, SLAF Station Katukurunda successfully conducted a clean-up, repair and repainting of frequently used public fixtures in the Kalutara area yesterday (04 July 2025).

The programme, carried out under the guidance of the Commanding Officer of the Station, Group Captain Manjula Abeywickrama, covered six key locations, including technical colleges, the Kalutara District Office and Nagoda Teaching Hospital.

More than 30 personnel from SLAF Station Katukurunda actively participated in the effort, contributing their time and skills to revitalize these valuable community assets.
