SLAF Regiment troops based at the Mullativu recovered 29 empty T-56 magazines on 23rd July 2011from the general area of Tanniuttu.

The recoveries were possible after SLAF Intelligence personnel acted on information received from rehabilitated ex LTTE cadres.

The recovered magazines were handed over to the SL Army.
