SLAF Base Anuradhapura conducted a medical campaign yesterday (11 December 2025) at Sri Maha Mahindha Piriwena Old Mihinthala Road Anuradhapura, under the guidance of the Base Commander, Air Commodore Pradeep Piyarathne. 

The programme was coordinated by the District Director of the International Human Rights Organization and Director of ‘Anuradhapura Pinkam Upakaraka Sewaya’, Mr. Shakya Sipkaduwa, and was carried out with the participation of Base Medical Officers and their support staff.

A total of 72 individuals affected by recent flooding received essential medical assistance during the campaign.
