The Culinary Arts 2011

The 14th Culinary Arts 2011, the largest and the only exhibition and competition of its kind to be held in Sri Lanka finished on 1st August 2011 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Center.

The event was organized by the Executive Committee of the Chefs Guild of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the World Association of Chefs Society where over 1000 competitors from almost all the star rated hotels in the country competed in displaying their excellence in the field of Culinary Arts.

In this event, the Sri Lanka Air Force being the only representative of the Defence Services, competed on par with the other competitors and managed to bag 8 medals amongst which were 3 Silver and 5 Bronze.
