The SLAF Soccer team beat Old Bens SC 1 nil in its 3rd match of the Dialog Champion league last evening (16 September 2009).
The match kicked off at the St. Benedict Collage grounds and both teams fought hard to get its break through goal in the first half, but neither was successful.
However Gayan Kelum Perera from the SLAF managed to score the much awaited goal in the second half, which subsequently became the only goal scored till the end of the encounter.
