SLAF Station Koggala successfully conducted a Leadership Programme today (14 January 2026) for Wallethota Sugathananda Maha Vidyalaya, Koggala, with the participation of 34 prefects and three teachers. The programme was organized under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Group Captain Priyadarshana Hettiarachchi, at the Station premises.

The day’s activities were specially curated to enhance leadership qualities, discipline, and teamwork among the school prefects. The participants engaged in several interactive leadership development activities and mind-challenging games, and concluded the day with a lively, team-spirited beach game session held at the Koggala beach premises.

The programme not only provided a refreshing outdoor experience but also helped strengthen core values such as mutual respect, punctuality, and collaborative leadership, making it a memorable and impactful day for all participants.
