Appointment letters were presented to personnel selected for the posts of Mess Boy, Attendant and Cook in the Primary Non-Skilled and Semi-Skilled categories by the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe today (10 March 2026).

A total of fifteen personnel serving at various establishments including SLAF Base Katunayake, SLAF Academy China Bay, SLAF Base Ratmalana, SLAF Base Hingurakgoda, SLAF Base Vavuniya, SLAF Station Iranamadu, SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa, SLAF Station Weerawila and SLAF Trade Training School Ekala received their letters of appointment during the occasion.
