The SLAF Women's Wing Conference 2026 was held today (26 June 2026) at Air Force Headquarters, with the participation of Lady Officers and Airwomen from the Women's Wing representing all SLAF establishments.

The conference was chaired by the Commanding Officer of the Women's Wing, Air Commodore Subash Jayathilake.

A key highlight of the conference was a special session on "Professional Conduct", conducted by Flight Lieutenant Bhashini Bandara, SLAF Psychologist.

The session was primarily aimed at Lady Officers and Airwomen serving outside the Women's Wing and was broadcast live to all SLAF establishments, including the MINUSCA contingent, enabling female personnel stationed across various locations to participate.
