RENOWNED BEAUTICIAN CHANDANI BANDARA CONDUCTS SPECIAL BRIDAL STYLING WORKSHOP FOR SLAF BEAUTICIANS

As part of the “Skill Wings” initiative of the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit, a special bridal styling workshop for SLAF beauticians was conducted on 02 October 2026 at the Chamway International Institute.

The workshop was conducted by renowned Sri Lankan beautician Mrs. Chandani Bandara, a well-established professional in the hair and beauty industry. Drawing on her extensive professional expertise and experience, Mrs. Bandara shared specialised bridal styling techniques, practical knowledge and valuable industry insights, providing participants with an opportunity to enhance their skills and broaden their professional knowledge.

The workshop served as a valuable professional development opportunity for SLAF beauticians, made possible through Mrs. Bandara’s generous contribution of time and expertise. The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, graced the occasion with her presence.

Through the “Skill Wings” initiative, the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit continues to promote vocational training, professional development and skills enhancement among Air Force personnel by facilitating specialised training programmes and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
