Community Project For Under Privileged Schools Children

A community project was conducted at SLAF Wirawila on 5th
December 2011 with a view to assist Children of underprivileged Schools
in the vicinity of SLAF Unit Wirawila.
This was organized under the patronage of the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit on a request made by the Commanding Officer SLAF Unit Wirawila.
Six needy schools were identified and arrangements were made to provide stationary items for 153 Students. In addition a presentation was made to uplift the awareness in aviation among the School Children.
