A delegation from the Pakistan National Defence University comprising mainly of senior officers from the Pakistani Army, Navy and the Air Force visited  Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters on 22nd April 2014.  The delegation included three civilian students of the University and two military representatives from Turkey and Bangladesh and was headed by Major General Noel Israel Khoker.

On their arrival at AFHQ, they were received by Air Vice Marshal Kishan Yahampath, the Director Ground Operations and Director Training Air Commodore Vijitha Gunarathne Subsequently, a briefing was conducted by Group Captain Udeni Rajapaksha, Senior Air Staff Officer at AFHQ on SLAF Operations and recent developments. Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke and members of the AFBM were also present and participated in the Q & A session that followed.

On conclusion, Major General Noel Israel Khoker presented a symbolic memento to the Commander. The Commander reciprocated by presenting a memento Major General Noel Israel Khoker to mark this event.
