Fire Fighters from SLAF Station Weerawila doused a fire that occurred at the Kent Hotel in Thissamaharama around 0215 hrs on 15 November 2020. This was done in responding to a fire call received from the Thissamaharama Police Station. The SLAF fire crew was able to control the fire within a short period of time before it spread further causing more damage.
