The No.01 Air Defence Radar Squadron (ADRS), stationed at SLAF Base Katunayake, celebrated its 19th Anniversary today (10 March 2025) with a series of religious activities. A 'Shramadhana' campaign was conducted at the “Sri Jayadarshanarama” Temple at Bolawalana, Negombo and a Pirith chanting for spiritual blessings of the squadron and personnel was conducted under the guidance of Commanding Officer, Wing Commander DRT Mallawaarachchi.

Anniversary festivities commenced with a customary Working Parade, reviewed by the Commanding Officer and the event culminated in an exciting sports event with the presence of the formation Commanding Officers and Squadron personnel.
