RENOVATED CHILDREN’S PARK AND SENSORY GARDEN AT SERRIC DECLARED OPEN BY DEPUTY MINISTER OF DEFENCE

The Deputy Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), declared open the renovated children’s park and Sensory Garden at the Senehasa Education, Resource, Research and Information Centre (SERRIC) today (17 December 2025).

COMPREHENSIVE LIDAR-BASED SURVEY CONDUCTED IN BALANGODA AND BELIHULOYA

A comprehensive survey and mapping operation utilizing LiDAR technology was conducted from 14 to 16 December 2025 to assess suspected landslide-prone areas in the Balangoda and Belihuloya regions.

GRADUATION CEREMONY OF NO.19 DEFENCE SERVICES COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE
