The closing address ceremony of No. 01/2011 Aero Electrical and Instrument Advanced course was held on 18 June 2012 at TTS Auditorium with the participation of Commanding Officer Group Captain LD Gunawardena and Officer Commanding Training Wing Commander CJ Hettiarachchi. Group Captain AH Wijesiri graced the occasion as the Chief Guest on behalf of the Director Aeronautical Engineering.

The Aero Electrical and Instrument Advanced course was commenced on 03 May 2011 and terminated on last week. A total of 24 Airmen passed out as competent Aero Electrical and Instrument technicians on this occasion and they underwent both theory and practical training during the course.

The Shield for the best Aero Electrical and Instrument Technicians of the course was awarded to 28019 Corporal Kumara KKSC for his exceptional performance.
